'Bringing modern New York style and design to Eastern Idaho & Western Wyoming'

ABOUT
THE WEDDING PLANNER

I was born and raised in Upstate New York- and after having opened my first business at nineteen in 2010 as a wedding photographer in Eastern Idaho, while traveling the United States for weddings and portrait sessions, I have seen and been a part of absolutely beautiful and breathtaking weddings and events. I have worked with many great vendors to make sure that weddings go off without a hitch and every moment is properly documented and carefully planned.

Quite often I found myself making adjustments, giving advice, and even acting at times as a wedding planner for the photographs to be the best that they could be and to assist the bride groom and wedding party in planning their day. I have come to know the ins and outs of the wedding and event industry quite well, and have found great joy in assisting in the planning of the most special and rewarding day of a person's life.

I am a type-A personality, a virgo, and an INFJ. I started my first job the summer I turned thirteen, worked there every summer for five years and learned to value hard work. I am also an avid budgeter and smart planner, and I have worked within many of my clients budgets to help curate perfect wedding packages to suit their specific needs and create works of art within many different circumstances and locations.

I joyfully create spaces that uplift the soul and enlighten the mind. Designing is a skill that I am most grateful for, because it has the ability to touch so many people and bring light to a sometimes dark and difficult world. I have vision and love decorating both at home and professionally, seeing that every detail comes together as perfectly as can be. My eye for design and knowing how well things photograph is one of my greatest assets as a wedding designer and planner.

I graduated Saratoga Springs High School in New York state with high honors, received advanced placement (AP) art credit from Princeton University, college credit from Skidmore College during high school, and completion of the Art Instructions Schools mail course for college credit as well. I then went on to attend Brigham Young University- Idaho for almost two years, emphasizing Studio Art. Family life then prompted me to start my photography business in 2010 and it was there that I found flexibility with work and motherhood- one of my most rewarding callings.

Shortly after, and in my spare time, I started designing for Mother Culture. My work was later featured on food labels and in other publications at many Whole Foods Markets, Central Markets and other grocery stores and farmer's markets near San Antonio, Austin, and San Marcos, Texas.

I launched this business in the in February of 2023, and have been training virtually with Chancey Charm, a national wedding planning business and educator and have the support of a whole network of professional planners. I hope that you will give me your vote of confidence with my previous work, experience, and education; with the opportunity and privilege to work with you!

From day one I will be there to attend to every detail, answer every question, and will see your wedding or event completely through... for your own enjoyment and peace of mind, as well as the delight of your guests. All while you go about your life and still have the wedding (or event) of your hopes and dreams.

I am Samantha Numbers, and I hope to be your wedding or event planner!
